Please allow us time to prepare your order as each order is unique and made from scratch, although we aim to have your order ready for the collection time selected, at busy periods it may take longer.

COLLECTION RULES

Please DO NOT enter the shop unless you receive a phone call advising your food is ready, any customers found constantly in and out of the shop with a lack of understanding of how busy we may be will have their order cancelled without a refund and blackisted.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All orders are NON refundable and are final once payment is successful. If you do not wish to wait patiently or have somewhere to be, we will hold your order as a credit note to be used on another day of your choice.
